Registration Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation date 21 June 2025

Registrations canceled before the cancellation date will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your credit card and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.  Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded after that time. Cancelation instructions 

Visa information for physical or hybrid conferences 

After the cancellation date we can switch you to a virtual registration and refund the difference if you applied for your visa before April 24, 2025, and you are unable to attend because your visa was denied or you have not received a response. You must submit your refund request using our contact form within one week of the close of the meeting and include documentation showing your visa denial and when you applied for your visa..
